Common inquiries

Deposits
A deposit based on a percentage of your quote is required to secure your event. Typically, a 30–50% deposit is required.
Deposits are refundable if the event is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the event date. Administrative fees may apply.

Setup Fees Includes 1-2 hours of platter arrangement prior to the event, clean up afterwards, 1 white linen, and food risers.   No setup fee applies for drop-off only orders. Availability of food risers is subject to change.

Payment Schedule
Deposit is due upon signing the Catering Service Agreement.
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the delivery or event date.
Orders placed within 14 days of the delivery or event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Rentals
We’re happy to coordinate rentals on your behalf, including tableware, linen, furniture, and more. This includes consultation, ordering, and arranging delivery with the rental company.

A 10% coordination fee will be applied to the total of all rental orders.

Delivery
Flat delivery rates are based on location:

Vancouver / UBC   |   $10–20   |   Free for food orders over $200
Burnaby / New Westminster / Coquitlam   |   $30–45   |   Free for food orders over $350
North Vancouver / West Vancouver / Surrey / Langley   |   $70+   |   Free for food orders over $800

All drop-off orders include a 30-minute delivery window. While we do our best to deliver at your requested time, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we hate to see you go.

Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to the event will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event may be subject to charges up to the full remaining balance.

Events may be rescheduled without additional fees; however, deposits are non-refundable and rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Cross-Contamination & Allergy
We take food allergies and cross-contamination seriously. While we make every effort to prevent cross-contact, our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, wheat, nuts, and seafood. Due to shared preparation areas, equipment, and cooking surfaces, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Guests with food allergies or dietary concerns should inform staff before ordering.

We partner with an inclusive venue that can host up to 60 guests. Please contact us for more details.
